I could be wrong, but it feels like the new nightly builds (after RC9.2), that the system loses tract of which Serial port that is connected, especially if you turn it on after you start the IDE. Currently (at least in 9.2) this is severely busted, especially if the window scrolled during the selection process (I know there is at least one open bug report on this) But also, I often times I do a select all, copy and then paste into an editor window that I can search for information. I use that a lot when I need to fill in things like forum posts. ![]() Related to this has to do with trying to copy stuff to the clipboard. ![]() Should work at least as well as the Output window. not RC) release.įor me, probably the biggest issue has to do with the lack of decent keyboard (and mouse) navigation within the Serial monitor. At least hopefully before the first real (i.e. ![]() I know there are already several issues in the github project that are associated with the Terminal monitor, but I keep hoping that many of them will be addressed soon.
